(1) Organizations wishing to survey water and sanitation services, projects or service systems shall submit an application for a permit to the designated authority as prescribed.
(2) The period of the permit issued for the survey in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be three years at most.
(3) If the work of surveying cannot be completed within the period specified in sub-section (2), such permit shall be automatically revoked. (4) The form, procedure, procedure and other arrangements including the survey permit fee for the application for the survey permit shall be as prescribed.
